The 3-Thirty-1 From the makers of Grayton Beach’s popular “Red Bar”, The 3 Thirty 1 is a 2-story bayfront roadhouse full of fun. Open every night a t 5pm, come enjoy the succulent downhome cuisine with that favored “Red Bar” flair. Standards on the menu include pane’ chicken, crab cakes, pasta, and seafood. Enjoy gorgeous South Walton sunsets from spacious decks on both levels overlooking the expansive Choctawhatchee Bay and Highway 331 causeway. Live music entertains diners upstairs in the main dining room decorated with dozens of funky, antique chandeliers. Sushi lovers gather at the bar in the adjoining gathering room, replete with comfortably cushy sofas and chairs. Downstairs provides additional dining and another bar. An adjacent “Studio 54” style dance floor, disco lighting, and DJ booth provide a space for boogy nights.
